Hello to everyone who finds this blog from the, emergingumc: a gathering event! This past weekend! It was great getting to know you all and meeting most of you! I pray that we take the discussions and passions that were shared and expressed to the rest of the communities that we find ourselves in, or find ourselves called to move into. Blessings! I read part of the posting of the Methodist report on your meeting. It sounded as though it went pretty well, but the organizer really hadn't put a lot of thought or planning into the event. Anyway, it was still a good comment and such new meetings are bound to experience "birthing" pains. thanks for the link. Love, Mom
